VP - Business Development

The job requires building relationships with automotive companies, utilities and state/local governments and managing product rollouts, designing and implementing strategies to hit sales and revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have a business degree, and at least 15 years of experience in the automotive sector, of which at least 5 are in a senior business development position. Embedded Systems Hardware Design Engineer

We are looking for an Embedded Systems Hardware Design Engineer. Candidate will have a BS degree in electrical/computer engineering, and at least 5 years of experience in designing hardware and firmware.

Job Responsibilities Overview: The embedded systems designer will develop digital circuitry for mechatronic systems that includes sensors, RF and IR communication, DC motors and encoders, and power measurement.

Qualifications we are seeking: • BSEE required. • 5+ years experience in designing digital circuits including use of microcontrollers, flash RAM, FPGAs. * Microcontroller programming using C and assembly language (currently we are using Atmel AVR family microcontrollers). • Ability to design support circuitry, such as choosing interface ICs • Experience performing/directing PCB layout (Eagle, OrCAD or Viewlogic) • CPLD/FPGA programming (VHDL or schematic entry) preferably with Xilinx or Altera. • Ability to perform bring-up testing and hardware troubleshooting including use of oscilloscopes, logic analyzer and other tools. • Experience programming microcontrollers (e.g. Atmel AVR family, TI's 28xx family or PIC) for various power applications such as motor control, distance ranging sensors, RF communication, etc. • Self-directed, a strong contributor to a small but effective engineering team • Comfortable working in a small company environment

Responsibilities: • Design and development of embedded firmware and hardware for a new product line of charging infrastructure devices that involve mechatronics and communication. • Create/utilize Visio flow charts • Design embedded systems with critical timing loops, supervisory loops, and motor control (PID control loops) and sensor inputs. • Design firmware and hardware interface to intra-board devices such as ADC, DAC, flash memory, and CAN controllers and external devices like DC motors, sensors. • Source code versioning and documentation control. • Design qualification firmware testing. • Transition into manufacturing

Internet Software Developer
Summary: We're looking for a PHP Developer with a BS in computer science or equivalent and 3-5 years experience developing PHP applications in a LAMP environment.

Responsibilities

Designs, tests, debugs and maintains enterprise-level systems, working with
end users and product management to obtain and refine requirements, and generates technical requirements for other team members.

Education and Experience

* Bachelor's degree preferably in a Computer Science or Information Systems discipline or equivalent education and relevant industry experience
* 3-5 years experience developing applications and systems
 Technical skills currently required for this position are:
- a working knowledge of both Unix (Linux) and Windows operating
systems from the developer's perspective;
- Proficiency in PHP and MySQL
- Proficiency with maintaining LAMP servers
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, XML, XHTML, javascript, Ajax
- Familiarity with Model-View-Controller methodology
- Hard-working, attention to detail, and fun to work with
